Timber Canyon HOA Board - Meeting Minutes Show Previous Meeting: Meeting Minutes from 5/5/2008 (Board Meeting)

Meeting called to order at 4:30 p.m.


Those in attendance:
Roy Straub, Neal Bernard, Phyllis Stewart, Phil Ray and Terry Ray. Not attending: Bill Feid, excused, Cindy Hughes from The Bottom Line.

Financial Report:
Phyllis Stewart provided current reports which were discussed and approved.

Review of HOA governance documents:

Old business:
1. ARC: 1846 Tulip Tree just sold, new plans for house in Beechnut cul-de-sac e-mail addresses need updating – letter to confirm 2. Street Repairs – no updates, Castle Rock released mosquito prevention throughout town 3. Rules and Guidelines Committee – ongoing

Litter
will have community clean-up for streets and common areas on May 17th 9-11am refreshments served. We are to meet at corner of Beechnut and Silver Pine .

Signs
Casey Jewitt will contact each sign holder regarding specs. A $100 fine will be issued for non-compliant signs. A colored logo is allowed as per previous passed motion. A new motion was made and carried stating that Real Estate companies with a commonly known and recognizable logo with one color may be used on Timber Canyon signage. Since Sign & Design regularly completes Timber Canyon signs in two weeks, a motion was made and carried that in emergency situations (ie. Health or financial) a resident may, with written proof of purchase of Timber Canyon sign from Sign company, may seek special permission from HOA Board of Directors to put up a non approved sign until permanent sign is completed for a period of no more than three weeks.

Landscaping
Phyllis Stewart or Laurie Straub will purchase flowers for entryways and have flowers planted. $750.00 was allocated from budget for this purpose. Also, glass that needs replacing will be purchased from Foothills Lighting.

First Friday parties
First Friday parties are very successful and will continue.
